The Charleston Battery is an American professional soccer club based in Charleston, South Carolina. Founded in 1993, the team plays in the United Soccer League (USL) Championship and is the oldest continuously operating professional soccer club in the United States.

Charleston Battery wanted to track the ticketing and merchandise revenue coming specifically from their mobile app, powered by FanThreeSixty.

 

📈Solution

UTM codes were added to their SeatGeek and Shopify URLS within the mobile app. This provided full visibility into how their mobile marketing efforts impacted ticketing and merchandising revenue.

 

💥Result

Charleston Battery was able to attribute a 117% ROI to their FanThreeSixty-powered mobile app through tracking ticket and merchandise sales using UTM codes.

They were also able to identify 946 merchandise purchasers and more than 13,600 ticket buyers.
