About Texting

FanThreeSixty’s Texting Product offers quick and direct communication via 1:1 Texting, and tailored messages sent to large groups of fans via Mass Texting. These messages are highly effective in driving conversion and connection with the ability to include direct purchasing links and attachments. This product directly integrates with an organization’s workflow, allows scheduled messages, and provides metrics such as fan reach to track impact. 

The texting product ensures compliance with TCPA guidelines. In addition to adding solicitable fans using a data import, onboarding new fans is simple using FanThreeSixty's Forms Product to obtain and document initial consent. A recipient can reply with STOP at any point to opt-out and provide an immediate preference update. This mechanism automatically updates the fan profile, ensuring the opt-out preference is captured in real-time. FanThreeSixty automatically filters out the fans who have opted-out, allowing clients to have all the necessary insights to remain compliant.

1:1 Texting 

The 1:1 Texting product allows organizations to send direct, tailored messages to build stronger fan relationships. Every fan interaction is captured and saved in the fan profile’s notes section, tracking touchpoints and conversation history. The core function is to ensure organizations can respond quickly by providing instant alerts for new messages and tracking text message delivery status. 

The 1:1 Texting product has a variety of updates that have focused on enhanced efficiency and improved workspace management to ensure an organization can engage fans with more context and better organization. 

Enhanced Efficiency and Outreach:

  • Clear accountability is provided to easily identify the representative performing outreach and the specific phone number they are using.
  • Targeted engagement is available as users can view key fan profile attributes such as lead score and length of time as a fan. Users can also select the ideal fan phone number for communication.

Workspace Management: 

  • A new smart search feature allows users to quickly find past messages using content keywords or a fan’s name. Additionally, users now have the ability to hide conversations to maintain a clean, focused workspace without deleting or losing any conversation history.

Unlike 1:1 Texting, Mass Texting allows tailored messages to be sent to a group of fans while maintaining user privacy. Mass Texting is a great way to send out timely content, such as event day updates, special offers, and direct purchasing links. Organizations can target specific fan groups using standard or custom audiences which update in real time to include new fans, allowing for maximum reach of new and existing fans.

Text messages can be linked to larger sales campaigns for easier regulation and tracking of all fan touchpoints throughout the campaign. Sponsors can also be included in text messages to increase sponsorship value for an organization. Existing templates are available or organizations can create their own. Mass Texting allows for connection with fans on a device they are consistently using, improving engagement opportunities for an organization.
