Kansas Athletics has consistently been a leader in men’s collegiate basketball for decades and is renowned for having one of the most prestigious, historic collegiate basketball programs in the United States.

FanThreeSixty has been a proud partner of Kansas Athletics since 2022. They began using our Fan Data Platform to develop a deeper understanding of their fans by aggregating all of their fragmented data into one central, unified view. Two years later in 2024, Kansas Athletics expanded their digital presence with FanThreeSixty’s Mobile App.

Ahead of the 2025 men’s basketball season, Kansas Athletics utilized FanThreeSixty’s Forms capability to gather information from fans interested in season tickets. They generated incredible results from their efforts.

12.5% season ticket conversion rate, $378K attributed revenue, 495 total ticket interest Form submissions

Goal

Kansas Athletics aimed to reach new and additional season ticket holders ahead of their 2025’s men’s basketball season to generate revenue and fill their arena before the season began.

📈Solution

Using FanThreeSixty’s Forms capabilities, Kansas Athletics was able to easily collect fan interest across multiple platforms at once. They highlighted the same interest form in their social media, website, and email marketing list. This allowed them to create an actionable lead list for their sales teams and gain more fan insights for future campaigns.

💥Result

Over a 6 month period, the interest form generated 495 submissions, in which 446 specified interest in season tickets. 56 accounts from this list went on to purchase season tickets resulting in $378,025 of total revenue.

Beyond just driving revenue, the form yielded an exceptional 12.5% conversion rate. This performance validates the effectiveness of the form and reinforces the strength of the overall strategic approach.
