Fan Engagement Hits a High Note at Broadway San Jose

Broadway San Jose, a Nederlander Presentation, is part of the nationally recognized The Nederlander Organization. Broadway San Jose debuted in 2009 and since then, they have brought more than 70 shows to Downtown San Jose.

Broadway San Jose wanted to increase fan engagement and brand affinity with the mobile app.

 

📈Solution

Ahead of the The Cher Show, Broadway San Jose created a Cher series within their app that included polls, trivia, giveaways, & exclusive offers across 24 communications. 

 

💥Result

In just one month, they saw 900 new mobile users, a 69% increase from last year. Additionally, there were 20,867 mobile sessions and 42,525 screen views.

Most impressively, this campaign saw a 30% engagement rate among communications, indicating that fans were downloading the app and interacting with content.
