Heading into the 2025–2026 season, DPAC wanted to achieve a few key goals: spark excitement around the new season lineup, deepen fan engagement and brand loyalty, and drive revenue.
📈Solution
DPAC unveiled their new season lineup on their mobile app, in tandem with their website. They grabbed fans’ attention by using mobile communications and a custom app tab designed specifically to spotlight the lineup. Plus, with a direct link to purchase tickets in the app, they made it easier than ever for fans to snag seats.
💥Result
In just one month, they saw 611 new mobile users, a 27% increase from the same time last year. Screen views reached 77,144 on their app, marking a 50% increase from last year.
Mobile sessions increased 103%, reaching an impressive 43,785 sessions, which indicates users are spending extended time within the app.
This campaign reached 88,693 total impressions.
