If you’ve ever wondered how your theater can bridge the gap between casual ticket buyers and a passionate, year-round fanbase, the answer is already in your patrons' pockets.

Ahead of the 2026–2027 Broadway season, Broadway at The National used their custom FanThreeSixty mobile app to run an interactive campaign designed to build early momentum. This campaign generated a massive surge in app downloads, giveaway entries, and deeply connected with their audience.

Check out how they generated more than just excitement for the new season.

Goal:

Drive awareness, excitement, and digital engagement for the 2026-2027 Broadway season while accelerating adoption of the Broadway at The National mobile app.

💡Solution:

Their team executed a multi-week omni-channel campaign featuring show-specific highlights.

The National generated 1,510 new app registrations within 21 days, driving a 119% surge in Daily Active Users. The mobile communications accumulated 74,000+ impressions, with an average of 319 giveaway entries per show.
