Oversees all aspects of client engagements, including client management, project management and solution delivery. This role provides high visibility by serving as the key point of contact with sports executives, as well as the digital strategy teams at the largest sports teams and venues in the world.

Supports product quality and user experience through a combination of software support, manual testing, and configuration work. Responds to support inquiries, assists with client product configurations, and helps diagnose and resolve user-reported issues.
