FanThreeSixty Hires Data Expert and Published Author David Longstreet as Chief Data Scientist

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — FanThreeSixty, a leading fan engagement software and predictive analytics company for sports and entertainment, announced today the addition of expert data scientist David Longstreet to its executive leadership team.

As the Chief Data Scientist, Longstreet is responsible for leading and developing FanThreeSixty’s predictive analytics capabilities. His efforts include developing products and algorithms for FanThreeSixty’s proprietary predictive sales and attendance models, as well as behavioral analysis to enrich fan profiles that result in smarter audience segments and targeting.

In this role, Longstreet will also work closely with FanThreeSixty’s clients to uncover actionable insights, transforming the way act they act on their fan data.

Longstreet joins FanThreeSixty from H&R Block where he served as director of data science, leading a team that mined tens of millions of tax returns to uncover trends and patterns that improved tax products, operations, customer service and more. He brings over 20 years in experience and has an extensive background in consulting, research and academics in data science, economics and statistics. Longstreet has consulted worldwide and conducted research with the Bureau of Economics Analysis and several universities, resulting in numerous published articles and three books.
